• Low season (January-March and November-December): At request only

• Mid season I (April, May and October)  : €85 / night*

• Mid season II (June and September)  : €95 / night*

• High season (July) : €980 / week**

• Very high season (August) : €1.135 / week**

* min 2 nights

**During the summer holidays rental is only possible per week (min 7 nights)

• Deposit: €200

• Final cleaning: €75

• Bed and household linen are included

• Consumption of water, electricity and WIFI are included

• Smoking is not allowed

• Pets are not allowed
